Founded by an industry veteran, Eddie Cumart, our food truck journey began in 2011 with a single truck. Over the years, we’ve grown into a dynamic fleet of 48 trucks, offering a wide range of delicious food and beverages across New York City. As our brand continues to grow and elevate to new heights, we pride ourselves on bringing high-quality, crave-worthy options directly to our customers.
We operate with a dedicated infrastructure to support our fleet and team, including a custom-built commissary and an in-house mechanic shop that services all our trucks. Our large, experienced field team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and we take pride in our strong relationships with New York City’s major hospitals, universities, religious organizations, and institutions across all five boroughs.
